My name is Warren Kercher.

Over a number of years now, I’ve spent time in the business world, pastoral and parachurch ministry and now, the theological education sector. I have been blessed to be able to complete my PhD in Practical Theology through the Australian University of Theology with a focus on the preaching of Queensland Baptist pastors. With me on this journey has been my wife and two (now) young adult sons.

I am on staff at Morling College, Brisbane and lecture in Christian Ministry and Practice.

My hope is that this blog may form a small contribution to the large pool of works available that aid productive and theologically informed thinking on the practice of Christian ministry and the mission of the church.
